Kym uses many instruments to make her sound immersions unique. From a Monoharp to a Rain Drum. Kym is not only a Sound Healer, she is also an Ayurvedic practitioner and a licensed Massage Therapist.

The Gong Meditation is best experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.

We are a community rooted yoga studio located in the beautiful town of Kingston, Washington. Santosha means “contentment” in sanskrit and we hope that through your yoga journey you are able to find more contentment in your life. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our studio offers a range of classes, varying both in practice style and room temperature, with the goal of creating an inclusive space that provides something for everybody.
